Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms before booking a workshop or ordering from us
Workshops
- Payment must be made in full at time of booking
- If a workshop is cancelled by a student up to seven working days (Monday - Friday) in advance of the workshop a refund will be issued. If it is less than seven working days the place will be transferred to another workshop of the same price.
- The Strawberry Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop. If a workshop has to be cancelled the student will either receive a full refund or be transferred on to the next available workshop of the same price.
- The student is responsible for reading the requirements list and bringing the correct items listed, including a working sewing machine with manual. Refunds will not be given if a class is cancelled due to incomplete requirements or non-working equipment. If unsure, please contact me for advice.
Shop Purchases
- All personalised purchases or items made to order are final and will not be be eligible for return or refund.
- If you have purchased an item and wish to return it, with the exception of the above, return postage is down to the buyer, a refund will be issued on receipt of the item. The returned item must be in the original packaging and unused.
- Masks and Soak Up's are not eligible for return.
- Patterns or downloaded items are not eligible for return.
- If an item is lost, faulty or damaged, please contact me so that we can resolve the issue and come to the best solution.
